Has anyone seen that commercial where the guy who played "Deacon Frost" in the "Blade" movies is selling his favorite e-smoke. I know he was also in "Deuces Wild" and I'm pretty sure he was in "Boondock Saints" can't think of any more at the moment. Anyway, I'm not sure if I like the add campaign and I don't know how to feel about him selling me an alternative to smoking. Anyone else got an opinion on this or know of any of his other movies?

I wonder if the tobacco company that makes the Blu Ecigs new back in 2012 just how many people would be freaking out over vaping in public places when they wrote the script for this ad lol.

Currently, at least in the US people are shunning vapers just like they do smokers. I guess the whole "smoke em anywhere" angle will have to be re-thought with newer ads.

Thanks for posting this! I didn't want to advertise for Blu. Also, I was wondering how long it would take for people to figure out what I was talking about. Good job cerebral79!

Yeah, that is a really good point. They really are pushing the 'take your freedom back' angle to smokers. Most of the bars in my town treat it just like smoking even though its not at all. This add doesn't help the argument much because its saying yes, you can still smoke in public with this device. I get away with it if I don't treat it like smoking and make sure the (owners/bartenders/servers etc.) know what I'm doing.

This commercial comes onto my television for what seems to be a million times a day. It hasn't really made me want to buy these any more or less. I have tried the Blue brand and didn't like it at all. I handed it back to my friend and simply said "never again," ha ha.
