I'm still using the eGo-t battery and it's pretty good. When you eventually think of upgrading the tank you're using and so on, they are plenty of helpful people on this forum!
I've written a couple of e-liquid reviews that you might want to check out.
And they are others that have made some pretty good hardware reviews.

Thats great progress, your efforts are commendable. I have many friends who smoke cigarettes and are now looking to quit. They tell me its more difficult to walk away from cigarette smoking then it is to quit drinking or marijuana. Three months and counting, keep it up and that three months can be forever.

 

Welcome! Good for you for making the switch that's great! I have never smoked regular cigarrettes before but I love my E-cigs! They are great!

 

I'm gonna be a beginner here soon, I'm wondering whats a good e cig. I hear you can customize these too, I wanna know how to go about this. There are a ton of shops around here.
